• Installation, test operation and instructions for using the equipment:

All work from preparing operating conditions, installing equipment and running tests will be carried out by Vintechs experts according to the manufacturer's standards as well as practical experience in Vietnam. Vintechs experts will guide their customers to properly, effectively and safely use and exploit the provided equipment.

• Warranty, maintenance and upkeep of equipment.

We commit to directly warranty all equipment we provide in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and authorization. We also continue to provide equipment repair and maintenance services until the end of their useful life.

• Providing replacement parts and upgrading equipment:

Providing genuine spare parts and replacement materials. Perform all device pairing and upgrading services.
